Lonely
Feeling lonely sometimes is acceptable.We may be so anxious at times and yet would find no one to speak to.its completely normal to not always vent out.we at times may feel guilty to open up to someone always as they may also be going through their own battles but it was so kind of them to always listen but the listener is also human and we cannot always vent out to them and we may at times dnt want to speak to other human as we may feel that we are overburdening them.At such times my dear friends,we need to understand speaking is not the only way to clear out your thoughts,dont keep it in yourself just write it out.This has worked for me so many times i dont use to have anybody to open upto and writing my feelings out was the only way i could find peace in and prevent myself from falling.The reason of not opening up was also fear of being invalidated and fear of being called as abnormal.Anyone going through tough times i understand you.emotionally draining times comes when least expected;the other day we were feeling so energetic and now suddenly we feel drained and anxious,and its NORMAL .
But i still say it will pass surely; what we can do is try self reflecting as much as possible;i wont say learn new things;Just because everyone is learning new tricks and improving their skills it was never said that you too are obliged to do it.Survival and existence is crucial and something which needs to be appreciated at these times.But i say instill the habbit of gratefulness in you,this quality of yours will get you through any difficult situations in your life!💙
